Date: Fri 7-Oct-2005, 08:58:27 Although I don't look at the new DAWN as a horror film, I still think the zombies in the remake are much more scarier. I still love the original DAWN, to this day it is my favorite film in the horror genre. However, my thoughts on the zombies are similar to yours. I mean if you watch your ass, and keep moving you could easily walk away from these things. Snyder's DAWN made the zombies scarier, but still was just a great action film. The horror element only showed up at the beginning and the very end. I think the remake is an excellent film and I am proud that it was made and to have it as part of my DVD collection.
