Did you read his interview in Fangoria? He said he wants to wait for a different political environment. He mourns that no one saw Bruiser (I saw it. It sucked) and that he's been collecting checks for years regarding movies he never gets to make.
George is quite talented in his living dead movies, but for most of the rest of his movies...oy. After Season of the Witch, The Crazies, Bruiser and Martin, I'm starting to wonder if I'm a fan of George's movies or just the four dead flicks. He's awfully lucky that we're all pretty patient. |
