I broke my Land cherry tonight. I hate to admit this, but I finally viewed LAND for the first time. Having three very young kids, my wife and I rarely get out. As such, when we had a free night this summer, the choice of movies was between LAND and the new BATMAN flick. Those who know me know what a choice this was  .
At any rate, the Suncoast video near us was going out of business, and I picked up LAND for $13.
I have to say, I honestly enjoyed it. Hands down, I would pick this as my fav among GAR's works. Yes, I mean that. I really don't know what all the trash talk was about. I thought this was a great fucking movie. |
