That clip is from a film called Scanners. Its an old 80's fx movie, pretty damn good, where a group of people have powers of the mind and can make things such as your head explode, just by thinking it.
That particular scene is in the first 15 minutes or so of the movie and the guy is a news reporter, his head actually explodes during a news broadcast, fuckin sweet!!!
you should check it out, I think you can get the DVD at wal-mart for like 8 bucks. |
