Now, I can agree with you about Riley and Charley. I can agree with you about flat characters. But, I know my mind is slightly (not much more than slightly)in the gutter, I can't say that I would mind seeing more Slack, more Pretty Boy or more Number 9.(LOL)
But, to be totally serious, I think George should follow his original ideas and let each film be a separate commentary that stands on it's own. Because, while I can talk about favorite films and such, I think that Night, Dawn, Day and Land are each a unique pieces of film making that DO stand apart separately, and each one of them makes it's way into my DVD player on a regular basis. Why? Because they are ALL good films, in one way or the other and I think George should continue to keep future films in the category of separate stories. |
