And the latter are poorly documented. I believe that you can find references in 'The Journal of Biological Chemistry' that suggests prions may be active even after temperatures acheived when cooking meat.
Yeah, I might be hungry enough to want to cook a zombie, but don't think I'd be hungry enough to actually do it :)
