well, on number 1.
How come Tucker breaks his leg when he falls down the manhole but the zombies don't?
If you remember, Tucker had been cut on the ankle (not bitten)
or it was a sprain. He already had a bum foot that is why when the
group was getting ready to go under-ground through the sewer system to rescut the girl and the dog in Andy's Gun World, they were going to leave Tucker behind, but Steve didn't want to go, so Tucker said he would and Steve stayed behind. So when Tucker was up top, blasting Zombies with his shot-gun, he was the last one down the man-hole and jumped to avoid the zombies, kind of looks like he slipped off of the ladder and then completely broke that leg or ankle that was already injured. The prior injury was the reason he couldn't land correctly and that is how he busted that leg or ankle.
Go back and watch those parts again and see if that doesn't make sense to you.
#2. I had no idea about the zombie noise question.
#3. I agree with I_Zombie on that one, the gun store would have to be protected from burglary in a large or small city in normal times.
