Subject: RE: nothing about remake undead makes senseDate: Thu 23-Jun-2005, 10:48:10

Who is to say what a zombie would really be like? Being able to swing along the pipes though a stretch is merely a mode of transportation. As far as the screeching goes...well you got me there but again I have to say who knows what a zombie would really be like?

Picture it you will, a living body is infected with a virus or other agent that is killing it. After it dies or really before true death sets in a sort of suspension of death accures. The body is now neither dead or alive. The limbs all move and instincts are intact to a point. The brain which is now damaged by the outside force is only capable of the most base of desires: food.

Now with that in mind how will the body or zombie react to its invironment? Will is moan and shamble along or will it do a more primal scream/hiss/growl and have movement beyond what it had before due to the lack of pain or fatigue caused by the movements. The idea seems to always have been that humans were turned into base animals that had an unquinchable taste for human flesh. Add to that the complete disreguard for their own safety and why not have them swinging from the pipes if they have no other way to travel. The pipe swinging zombie in the remake had no legs if you will notice. Actually the only question I ever had was how did he get up there?
