Well I won't go over all the arguments we've had about the film since its inception since everything's pretty much been said, but I will say that as a Romero fan for the past quarter century (the original is my fav horror film), I do like this film a lot.
It's not as good as the original of course, but it holds up as a stand-alone zombie flick. It's in my top 10 for favorite zombie films.
