He said it througout the movie...he wants to buy his way in and up, like good old George Jefferson. But even with the money Cholo'd still not be accepted by the "elites" so ("he's not the right kind")...he went batshit IMO. Shell the green and then what? How will he live in opulence and splendor if there is no gilded cage? |
