I was just browsing through Ezydvd.com.au when I cam across this package - Land of the dead and Dawn of the dead in a box set.

At first I was amazed and excited until I realised that the version of Dawn is not in fact the 78 version but instead Snyder's remake. Now while I did enjoy Dawn 04, surely placing Land and Dawn 04 together in the same package is going to confuse new fans to the genre and ultimatly detract from Romero's film itself.
While I applaud the idea of a box set, perhaps it would be more fruitful to place GAR's Dead films together. |
