I would love to see a new version of Day relevant to the original script. However, I still think Land had parts of the original script within it, which gave GAR the reason to create Land and I think the film works wonderfully!
But still, trying to get someone to create films for the sake of it, is not possible. It took GAR nearly 20 years to produce Land and honestly this could be his last film, if you watch the film you will see references to a possible fifth film - such as the evolution of group's of zombies through imitated behaviour (e.g. "Big Daddy") - maybe the next film will be the written with the assistance of the original Day script and the ideas created in Land, such as groups of zombies trained to kill, etc, we'll see.
