I believe that the perfect zombie film hasn't been made yet. In my honest opinion, the Dawn remake gave us a taste of what a perfect zombie film can be. The original Dawn and Return of the Living Dead also come close, but none of the three films mentioned achiev perfection. In order for the perfect zombie film to be created, the small pocket of survivors must be broken, and the story must be expanded, taken on the road.
Back to the point, the remake was a glorious achievement in Zombie cinema. |
