Message Details Author Message BluBall Fresh meat Joined: 31-Dec-1969 Posts: Subject: I have finally seen the Director's cut of the remake and Date: Tue 26-Jul-2005, 13:46:28 Heresay---it's not bad at all IMO. I am eating crow, with ketchup. Watched it yesterday (thank you netflix). The added scenes with the characters make it a little more suspenseful, and I recall some more with zombies banging on the doors, more development with the desperation and "family-building". Wow---made a difference for me. I still am no convert to running zombies but the "unrated, Director's cut" actually was NOT at all a bad horror/action flick IMO. It's no modern classic IMO but it was more interesting, more tense now and had a little meat on its bones for me to take it more seriously and get it into it. I guess I am gettin down the sickness?
