Land has certainly gotten some very mixed reactions. The British press seemed to like it in general which is unusual for a horror film let alone a zombie film. One of my best friends who is a huge Day and Dawn fan (and someone i thought would love Land) absolutely hated it. Describing it as 'incredibly poor. No atmosphere at all'. It certainly seems to divide fans more than any other GAR film. Mind you, if there were as many forums about when Day Of The Dead came out i am sure that would have had just as much heated debate.
