Date: Thu 30-Jun-2005, 15:01:59 The only thing Dawn'04 did that really could be consider negative to zombie movies is make them run. New fans (read: young'uns) who saw that movie as a first zombie flick will disrespect the slow stinkers and pretty much dismiss any film taking advantage of the original GAR-styled undead. I have my own opinions on the movie itself, but in answer to the post, yes, it was a good thing it got made with disreguards to that one error. Of course, since many people consider '28 Days Later' a zombie flick (even though I personally consider it 'The Crazies '03') then it is just as much to blame for the Dawn'04 having running zombies (studios like to '1 up' each other).
